About IDP

Image Digital Printing Ltd. utilizes the latest technology in solvent & UV printers. The reason that this is important is for durability and life. Solvent & UV inks can handle direct sunlight and when used on the proper media, you can expect long life.

Our printers allow us the flexibility to print everything from small decals to super-wide format billboards. We can also achieve dpi of as high as 1440.

The Company utilizes several laminating systems, which add protection to all types of printing. Customers may choose lustre, matte, or high gloss finish as well as a liquid coating or film. In either case, the laminate extends the life of the print by helping to protect it from UV and abrasion.

According to 3M, backlit signage is best when printed in a double strike mode, which is another capability of our large format printing system.

IDP Design

When our customers need some extra help we’re there. We can assist in creating a new logo or an entire campaign. All this in house horse power and we’ll probably save you time and money too. Our designers are proficient in both PC and Mac platforms and work with the latest design software. In addition to that they understand the templating and resolution requirements when it comes to output of large format graphics.

Mimaki JV3SP Solvent Roll to Roll Printer

Prints up to 1400 x 1400 dpi for photo quality large-scale graphics for indoor and outdoor applications. For the first time,six colors(C M Y K Lc Lm)and a variable dot system, produces photo quality output with new solvent inks.

Newly developed Mimaki JV3 Quick Dry Solvent Ink adheres to inexpensive uncoated media, such as PVC(with or w/o adhesive),Vinyl Banners and High Gloss Poster paper.

Proudly the First 3150 Gandi Innovations Flatbed delivered in Canada.

300 dots per inch. Prints high quality at 1200 dpi 6 color (apparent).

Up to 5'x10' material sizes 2 inches thick on true flatbed.

Reinforced Vinyl, Pressure Sensitive Vinyl, Canvas, Fabrics, Foam Board, Corrugated Board, Coroplast, Rigid Plastics, Metal Sheet, Plywood (Crezon) and Paper.

UV Inks will last 1-3 years depending on location, Without a clear protective top coating.

300 dots per inch, unique 4/6 color combination.

2 machines in our shop to handle quick turn around of large jobs.

Reinforced Vinyl, Pressure Sensitive Vinyl, Canvas, Fabrics, Banner, Wallpaper, Mesh and Paper.

1-3 years depending on location, without a clear protective top coating. Using Liquid Laminant top coat, print life will double.
